   Create the project

   In the sidebar, click the plus icon New project next to Projects. Custodos creates the project and opens its page.

   Name it

   Enter a name of up to 60 characters under Name.

   Write instructions

   In the instructions field you set how the model should work in every chat of this project, for example language, tone or audience. Up to 8,000 characters are possible.

   Choose a Brain

   In the Brain selection, choose a Company Brain the project's chats answer from, or No Brain. Only brains you may use yourself are listed.

   Save

   Click Save project.

New chat in project at the top of the project page starts a chat that uses the project's instructions and Brain.

To assign an existing chat, use Chat options and Add to project in the sidebar. No project in the same menu takes it out again. In an open chat you can also use the Project button in the message field, which shows the current project's name, and Move to project. The menu item and the button appear once you have at least one project.

The project page lists all assigned chats under Chats in this project, most recently edited first.

The instructions apply to every message in every chat of the project. If you change them, the new version applies from the next message, in existing chats too. The same goes for a chat you move into the project later.

The project's Brain is added to the brains you select in the chat itself. How a Brain answers in the chat is described under Brain in chat.

The commands are in the Project options menu, in the sidebar next to the project and at the top of the project page. Rename changes only the name; instructions and Brain stay.

Delete removes the project. The chats in it are kept and simply leave the project. From then on they no longer use its instructions or its Brain.
