Generate images
Describe an image and Custodos generates it right in the chat. Image models run in the EU; if you set your AI region to Switzerland only, there is currently no image generation.
Translate without losing the layout
Texts and files into nine target languages. Word, PowerPoint and Excel are translated inside the file, with the layout kept intact.
Your documents, your knowledge
Upload contracts, notes or manuals once. From then on the AI answers questions from them and cites the passages as sources. Available once your plan is set up.
Names, IBANs and addresses go out as placeholders, not as plain text.
Before a message reaches an AI model, Custodos replaces names, addresses, account numbers and more with placeholders. The model only sees the placeholders. The answer shows the real values again.

Detection works with fixed rules: full names, street addresses with a house number, dates of birth after a cue such as “born on”. It replaces values, not context.

What happens to my data?
Your account, chats, files and knowledge are stored in Switzerland. You decide where the AI models process your requests: in the EU or in Switzerland. Transmission and storage are encrypted, and your content is never used to train AI models.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The free trial ends by itself, there is nothing to cancel, and without a credit card nothing is charged. A paid plan is governed by the terms and conditions: you can cancel a monthly plan at any time to the end of the billing month. If you live in the EU or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you can also withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days.
What happens after the 7 days?
Your account stays, and your chats and files remain stored and readable. You can keep chatting once your plan is set up. Nothing is charged, because no payment method is on file.
How do I pay?
Payment methods for Personal will be published together with the price. The trial needs no payment method.
Is there a monthly limit?
Yes, the Personal plan will have a monthly usage allowance. We will publish the amount with the price. During the trial you chat on a starting allowance for every model.
Is there a mobile app?
Custodos runs in the browser, on your phone too. There is no separate app.
Can I delete my chats?
Yes, at any time: one by one from the chat menu, or all at once in your account.
What is the difference between Personal and Business?
Same product, same models, same interface. Personal is a space for exactly one person, without members, roles, SSO and sharing. Businesses get plans per seat, shared administration and shared company knowledge.
Can I move to a team later?
Yes. You set up a space for your company and invite your team. Your personal space stays, and you reach both with the same login.
Which models are available?
GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and more, on the current version. Which models you see depends on the AI region you choose. The model picker in the chat is the authoritative list.
Do I need a work e-mail address?
No. Any e-mail address will do, or you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
