Yes. Custodos serves businesses across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Swiss storage is a product feature; the requirements of your company and country still apply.
Is every request processed exclusively in Switzerland?
Data is stored in Switzerland. AI processing is controlled through the model region. Additional services such as web search have their own data flows; an admin can explicitly enable a global model region. The security page also explains the Azure EU/EFTA data zone.
Which currency is used for billing?
Published plans are quoted in euros. All plans include the same features and differ in their monthly budget per seat.
