Activity log
The activity log records who on the team administered members, settings, Company Brain and shared chats. Admins read it in the app or export it as a CSV file. Chat content never appears in it.

Opening the log

Open Settings
In the sidebar, under Workspace, click Settings. - 2
Go to the Access section
The Access section contains the Activity log row. - 3
View
Click View. Only admins can see the log.
View and export compared
The view in the app is meant for looking things up, with the newest entries at the top. For longer periods and the details of each entry, use the export.

Exporting as CSV
At the top of the log, click Export as CSV. Your browser downloads the file. The export itself then appears in the log as Activity log exported, so it stays clear who took the log away.
What is logged
Custodos writes the administrative actions of the people on your team to the log. The table gives examples as they appear in the Action column.

What is not in the log
- The content of chats, messages and files. The log says, for example, that a file was downloaded, but not what it contains.
- Private prompts. Only prompts shared with the whole workspace appear.
- Sign-ins to the workspace.
- Settings the Custodos team changes at your request, such as unlocking branding.
Entries cannot be changed
Nobody in the workspace can edit or delete entries in the activity log, admins included. The log cannot be switched off.
