Usage
The Usage page shows admins how many credits the workspace has used this month, broken down by day, person and model. It never shows chat content.

Where to find the page
Click Usage in the sidebar. Only admins see this page; members have no access. The roles are described under Roles.
All figures cover the whole workspace. "This month" is the current billing month: it starts on your workspace's billing day, which is not necessarily the first of the month. The chart is the exception, as it always shows the last 30 days.
The overview
At the top is the figure most admins come for: how much of the allowance has been used. From 80%, the bar is highlighted in colour.

| Credits used | Credits the workspace has used this month, compared with all available credits, as a number, a bar and a percentage. |
| Monthly pool, Bonus, Pack balance | What the available credits are made up of. Bonus and pack balance only appear when there are any. Pack balance never expires. |
| Pool remaining | Credits still available this month and the date on which they reset. |
| Requests · 30 days | Requests to the models over the last 30 days and the average per day. |
| Members | The number of people in the workspace and how many of them have a monthly budget. |
| Web searches | The number of web searches this month. The line only appears if searches were made. |
Credits per day
The Credits per day · last 30 days chart shows one bar per day. Days without usage stay empty, so gaps are visible at a glance. The chart always covers the last 30 days, regardless of the billing month. That way you can see across the change of month whether usage is rising or spiking on individual days, for example after a large upload to the Company Brain.
Usage per person
The By member · this month table lists every person in the workspace with their name and e-mail address.

| Seat | The plan of the seat: Mini, Business or Max. |
| Credits used | What the person has used in this billing month. |
| Monthly budget | How many credits the person can use per month. Normally these are the credits of their seat. Unlimited only appears with a shared pool without a personal limit. |
Usage per model
The By model · this month table shows which models used how much, sorted by credits. Below each model name is where the model runs. A model that is no longer offered keeps its line for the current month and is marked no longer offered.

| Tokens in · out | The amount of text processed in tokens, the units in which models count text: on the left what went to the model, on the right what it replied. |
| Credits | Credits used for this model. |
What the page does not show
The page shows figures, not content. Messages, chat titles, files and replies do not appear here, not even per person. Admins see usage and cost, never message content.
