Settings at a glance
This page lists the settings that admins control for the whole workspace: where it sits in the app, what its default is and where it is described in detail.

Where administration lives
At the bottom of the sidebar, admins see the Workspace area with five pages: Members, Usage, Billing, Models and Settings. Members do not see this area.
Everything on these pages applies to everyone in the workspace. Personal settings such as display name, language and colour scheme are set by each person in their own account, see Account.
Switches and dropdowns save at once, text fields when you leave the field or press Enter. Custodos confirms with Saved. Almost every change is written to the activity log.
Settings on the Settings page
The Settings page is divided into sections. The table lists the settings with their value in a new workspace.

Settings on the Models page
On the Models page you decide where prompts may be processed and which models your team uses. Which models and features are available depends on the region you choose. The details are under Managing models.

Settings on the Members page
On the Members page you set each person's role and seat and control the invitation link. If the Custodos team has set up a shared credit pool for your workspace, you also set monthly budgets there.

What only the Custodos team sets
Some settings depend on your contract and are therefore not in the app. The Custodos team changes them on request.
- unlocking branding
- payment by invoice instead of by card
- an upper limit on the number of seats
- a shared credit pool for the whole workspace instead of a monthly budget per person
- billing in Swiss francs instead of euros
- deleting a workspace that has already been billed
