Security in detail- When Switzerland is part of the picture: For law firms, fiduciaries and institutions with a Swiss connection, German storage alone is not an answer. Custodos offers Switzerland as a region.
- When governance is needed early: SSO, central roles and permissions and audit logs belong to every seat with us rather than to the top price tier.
- When the budget is counted per head: €15 instead of €29.90 at entry, and the gap widens as soon as Secure+ or Max become necessary at Logicc for professional secrecy and SSO.
Custodos supplies the technical preconditions for handling your data confidentially. The legal assessment in each individual case remains with your organisation.
What speaks for Logicc
Logicc gets a lot right that is rare in this market: it names its data centres by operator and location, refers explicitly to § 203 of the German Criminal Code, § 121 of the Austrian Criminal Code and Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code, and states clearly what it stores. If you work exclusively in Germany and need storage in a named German facility, you will find a very clean answer there.
Where Logicc is ahead of us or level with us:
- The data centres are named – Hetzner in Nuremberg and Falkenstein, certified to ISO 27001. Custodos does not publicly name its operators so far.
- An explicit confidentiality agreement as part of the contract on the Secure+ plan.
- The free trial runs seven days without a credit card at both providers – there is no difference here.
- For purely German teams with no Swiss connection, a choice between two regions brings no advantage.
