FAQ

Questions about the Personal plan

How does the free trial work?

You create your account and chat for 7 days on a free starting allowance, with every model and no credit card. Once it is used up, the economy model (a smaller, fast AI model) keeps answering until the 7 days are over. Your documents as a knowledge source are unlocked once your plan is set up.

What happens after the 7 days?

Your account stays, and your chats and files remain stored and readable. You can keep chatting once your plan is set up. Nothing is charged, because no payment method is on file.

Can I carry on with my team later?

Yes. You set up a space for your company and invite your team. Your personal space stays, and you reach both with the same login.

Do I need a work e-mail address?

No. Any e-mail address will do, or you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
